Caption:  The maximum daily water temperature of East Fork Elk Creek for 1991, 1993 and 1994 are displayed above. This tributary is colder than the main stem of Elk Creek downstream of the East Fork and barely reached stressful for salmonids even in the critically dry 1994 water year. The water temperature regime may have changed after the January 1997 storm, but no recent data available for this location. Data collected by the Klamath National Forest and assimilated by Tim Mayhan on behalf of the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. See Info Links for more information.
