   Caption:  The floating weekly average water temperature of Mosquito Creek (tributary to Grouse Creek) is shown above for the years 1996-1997. Water temperatures in Mosquito Creek remained optimal for salmonids in both 1996 and 1997, even maintaining temperatures that would support coho, although Grouse Creek downstream of Mosquito Creek is too steep for coho passage. Data provided by Six Rivers National Forest.
